Please beware, this product comes with the incorrect adaptor and is unusable out of the box. Seller is quite difficult to reach and will tell you to buy a separate adaptor out of your own pocket. Defective items should be clearly stated in the product description and the seller response leaves much to be desired.

The tensioner does not hold the yarn. The yarn continues to tangle so I have to keep unrolling it. The only thing that halfway works is holding the tension with my fingers. It's not worth the extra effort.

I recycle yarn and this helps tremendously. At the beginning I had problems with the balls of yarn flying of the bobbin and I fixed it by putting a rubber band about 1/2" from the top of the center of the bobbin. It works like a champ!!!!

I took the chance on this item with zero reviews. Worked for 15 skeins then something internal broke causing yarn to fly everywhere. At first I thought maybe something just came loose externally so I checked every bolt I could without opening. Then tried another skein and it continued to throw yarn no matter the speed. I am so disappointed. I thought I finally found an automatic winder that worked especially after forking out a ridiculous amount of money for it. Sadly I’ll be going back to my manual winder. Returning this and boxing up trying to find an automatic winder.

The yarn will not stay on the winder it gets tangled the plug adapter does not fit correctly definitely would not recommend at all

This didn’t really work well straight out of the box. I got misaligned balls of yarn and tangles inside of the ones that even made it through the process without breaking the skein in bits. Very disappointed.
