Have to get these Asap
These i tried and i dont take them every day and prob should but i feel like when i do they give me energy i get things done prob shed a few pounds cause you just go go but i dont like it more than my other vitamin so i stay with it daily and only use this on days i need that extra kick in the you know

It's gluten free
And it works, I definitely feel the energy booster, it help me with my day to day life. As a mom of a Todd it's hard to make time for my workout and when I do I take this supplement. I'm so grateful it is gluten free. Each time I'm one step closer to my health and body goals.

big boost for hair and nails
have only been using these a couple weeks, but hair and nails are benefitting. Not noticing muscle regrowth or visceral fat loss yet, but optimistic.

Ineffective take fast or no Amazon refund
Tried this for time frame never seen no difference but did find out Amazon was not going to refund because past deadline.Allthise wasteful money Amazon scams us out of. Dr did blood test because my d3 is normally low and take prescription. This did absolutely zero percent by blood work. No refund.

Consistent product
I’ve been trying a range of products from this brand and everything so far has been good. I feel good, the pills are easy to swallow, and no weird after taste.

Good for a low dose D3, not sure about the HMB
I got these for the Vitamin D3 as I take it in the winter to help with deficiency since I do not get nearly as much sun when it's dark when I go to work and when I get off. These appear to be an effective Vitamin D3 supplement albeit it is a low dose. I am not familiar with HMB so I was curious if it would change anything in how I feel or recover from the gym. I have not noticed any difference from the HMB in terms of muscle recovery.
