So glad I bought this. It gets pretty hot and I can actually use it on my knee, my neck, my hand, basically anywhere! Velcro works great. This has helped me a lot with my arthritis pain and fibromyalgia. I'll be ordering another one!!

Nice little heating pad. Works well. Only drawbacks are 1) it uses a USB connection, not an electrical cord, so I have to sit at my computer to use it and 2) it gets too hot so I have to use a towel along with it.

Horrible product. Small/ hard wired that heat minute portions of flimsy pad.

This neck heated brace works decently and definitely gets super hot. However, it doesnt hit neck stiffness or pain the happens in the down curve of the neck. It truly is only good around the neck proper (as in picture description). I will continue to use it.

it needed constant pressure to warm up at all. if you wrap a towel around it and you to hold it tight to you, it will warm up.

Quality is good.My old one is use wall power, so when I use it, I can not move anywhere, now for this one , I use the portable charger . so I can belt it and do what ever I want.

This product was not comfortable and did not stay warm long. it was more of a hassle than it was worth.
