DrawPlus X8 (PC)

Haven't used it it much yet. From what I can see, very similar to other draw packages. Used a very early series of coral draw with great results. This appears to be just as good. Very happy with my purchase.

Great value at the reduced price...Simple and easy program to learn and use.Its not my first choice of a vector programbut for the price I cannot grumble.Good to have as a backup.

Early days (only just tried it out last night) so I can't be certain about everything. But one thing is clear: using a graphics tablet with this software is a nightmare. I'd imagine a wireless trackerball would be best. There seem to be some nice line features to this software, and at under £20 it's not really that bad, just rather outdated. The calibration feature, for instance, reminds me of them ps1 games where you had to (often unsuccessfully) calibrate the gun peripheral to the screen, or those pre xp computers which had game controllers configured constantly, just to use a two button joystick.In all, I'd say it's various fill and line features are nice, but on the whole, it just seems outdated, hailing from a time when cheap art software that was any good was thin on the ground.

Love Serif products and it was time to upgrade from Drawplus 5. Read great reviews about Drawplus 8 and found this to be the cheapest price for the disc version (we live in very rural location, cannot download software). Product was sold "new" but clearly was not. Case was not wrapped or sealed and then, to top it off, there was no product key so could not install it anyway. Software without a product key is like buying a car without an ignition key. Completely useless. Vendor was BOOKY WOOKY. Product returned and refund made.Update November 2017: having seen a new vendor (1SOFTWARE-WORLD) at a cheaper price on Amazon Marketplace, decided to bite the bullet and reorder. Not only did product arrive really quickly, but it was sealed and had the product code and also came with a user manual. Happy days.As to the software itself, all the little niggles from x5 appear to have been sorted out and some nifty new little extras. Very happy with this product.

I was using drawplus 4 which is pretty basic, I was pleased to find this at a decent price does have some very neat features.

I love this version of serif it's so good compared to the old versions ,great for graphic design .

the product has a label attached with the words "Product key" this opens the product but when i tried to register the product the key does not work where is the registration key

I like this program as it complements my other drawing software well as it has the ability to give me bigger pages sizes other than a4
