Just get this and buy a normal 1K running shoe. Remove the insole from the shoe and replace with this one. You will have a experience of some higher end running shoes. But only issue is that this is little bulky and might not fit in perfectly in all types of shoes. If it fits, then its perfect. Also this is a little heavy and adds volume to the overall shoe

One of theworst buy. It is so thick that u can't use it. After putting it inside the shoe there is no space for the feet. Waste of money n worse they cnt be returned. DNT BUY

I have only used it in day and would be difficult for me to go back to it because of the foot pain. If there is any flat version of this insoles with same quality please let me know.And I am not sure if this has return policy after usage
