This fixed the issue of having to play with the joy cons disconnected for the switch. Durable replacement thats affordable! Even bought another set to have on hand incase another switch has the same issue! Joy cons fit perfectly and stay locked in place.

Fit fine, look naturally, and function. The real value comes in the fact this comes with the tools to do the job and includes spare screw in case they're missing or get lost.

This kit is almost perfect, the only bad thing is that thw big screws really dont fit on the switch. Everything else work perfect!

Easy install and saved me $150 not paying a service to replace. Tools supplies are ok, but do yourself a favor and get quality tools. Parts are small and if you are older like I am jewlers magnifying glasses are a must. Watch for corrosion on the board. 6 months later and still working great. Take your time and save big bucks.

Cheap Tools the 00 driver broke two seconds into the repair

So far so good not having any problems, tho one time the joy con did slip off but accidentaly sat on it. The rails on my switch kept making errors and wouldnt read the joy cons after some time and force me to remove the joys cons from the switch. Found these for a good price $9-10 Installed them, watched video, no hassle, They gave lots of extra screws which i definitely needed the original short black ones werre starting to strip and also have like a white thing cover them. I loved the extra tweasers and long black plastic thing is cool and going in my extra tools tool box. But i will take one star off cuz the extra screws they gave me the "y" or 3 point screws are so bad, the indent of the "y" screw is not centered its like of the the side for example : (^) :centered good. (^ ) :off centered; not good . Would have been nice if they included the black 4 point or cross (+) ones heard those are better quality and stipe less than the "y" screws. Over all good

I wanted to give this a 5 star review. I figured I should wait until I actually installed it, though, to make sure it actually works. It actually worked, so now I can confidently say that this is probably the best deal I’ve ever gotten on Amazon, and I’ve been buying crap on Amazon for a very long time lol. Not only did it come with the rails (for less than I expected to pay for the rails) but it also came with all of the tools I needed and a complete set of replacement screws just in case. Also, the screwdriver in the package is awesome! I already had all the tools I’d need for this, but honestly the screwdriver this came with is handy enough that I’ll probably use it instead of those in the future!

Super great kit that came with all the replacement parts ribbon and screws. One thing to note is that it is worth buying a thermal paste if you are to re-attach the ribbon cable. Since getting to that spot means you have to replace the old stuff. Joycons now connect to my switch with ease and they are held quite well
