I purchased this item as a means to get me ready for childbirth. It came with a pump. It was very easy to fill up. I was afraid I would slip on it, but it was very grippy and did not disappoint. Even our 12 year old loved it and used it for his entertainment.

I recently purchased this yoga ball and I’m overall very pleased with it. Here’s my breakdown:Pros:• Thick Material: The ball is made of a durable, thick material that feels like it will last a long time without puncturing easily.• Durable: After using it for several workouts, it’s holding up really well. No signs of wear or damage so far.• Lightweight: It’s easy to move around, which is great if you need to reposition it or store it away.• Comes with Pump: The included pump is a nice bonus. It’s convenient and makes the setup easier.• Color: The color is exactly as pictured, which was important to me since I was looking for a specific shade.Cons:• Inflating Takes Time: The only downside is that it takes about 30-45 minutes to pump up by hand. If you’re in a rush, this can be a bit inconvenient, but the pump works fine once you’re committed to the process.Overall, this is a solid yoga ball with great durability and quality. Just be prepared to invest some time in the inflation process. Would definitely recommend!

Works as described. It takes forever to blow it up with that foot pump, but it’s been a month or two and it hasn’t deflated which is the important thing.

The media could not be loaded. I got size 65cm!! The material is thick, really good the pump is easy to use. I’m really glad with this product.

I got this ball for pregnancy exercise and birth prep and it has been a lifesaver. It was. Easy to pump and use. It has good grip so I never felt like I was going to fall over. It is a great size I am 5”7 and weigh around 197lbs. Over the value for money was affordable and the overall product has been great.

Update:Seller reached out and sent missing items very quickly. So service was outstanding. Overall I love the quality of the exercise ball and definitely recommend of expecting mamas.For the price, I expect the pump and everything included to come with the packaging and the exercise ball now unfortunately I have to be returning this because for $20. I expect this ball to come with its pump and everything necessary so I could use.

Overall, this yoga ball is pretty good, especially considering the price. For just $16, it offers great value. It functions just like a standard yoga ball, and when using it, make sure your knees are not higher than your pelvis for proper posture.For reference, I’m 167 cm tall, and this ball works well for me. I got it primarily for prenatal exercise, and it has been quite useful. A tip: after inflating it for the first time, wait 24 hours and then add more air—you’ll notice it can expand a bit more.The only downside is that after a week of use, I had to reinflate it. I’m not sure if this is common for all yoga balls, but at least for this one, it happens. Still, given the price, I think it’s a great deal!
