Q: Does this have a full sole steel shank?

Yes it has a shank in the sole for support while wearing gaffs or walking on rocks/limbs etc. The toe is composite. Don't listen to the moron who answered incorrectly.

Q: How High is the heel and sole on these boots?

About 2" I will not purchase these Shoes again. I walk clumsy in them and they wear just as uneven as all my other shoes.

Q: I’m a delivery driver, I deal with a lot of snow, ice, slush and rain. Are these good for having lots of traction in the elements?

Yes, these boots have a very aggressive tread on the sole. I have wide high volume feet and found them a little snug. In hindsight I may have ordered a half size bigger and added good insoles for cushioning. But they haven’t soaked through and very good traction. Very ruggedly made.
