Bought this to provide more lower back support than my current one. It is nice and tight. I like the additional support in the elastic straps. I have noticed a difference in my posture and it has lessened in my pain.

Can't wear under certain clothing due to black color. A bit stiff & uncomfortable, as well as sweaty. It does help relieve backl pain. I have broken my neck & back 4x; so I may be to critical. Future abdominal binder is more comfortable and can be worn under anything, I prefer the Future unless I am lifting construction materials.

I have significant lower Back pain. This Belt has been great for support and pain relief when I'm sitting in my office chair and also when working out in the Gym.
