My granddaughter was most anxious to have a “Squishmallow type Gryffendor” for Christmas, and there were none to be found in stores or online with a quick delivery. I would barely have enough time if it arrived as projected. I compared this one, described as 10,” to an 8” version from the Big Box Discount Store. Neither were available right away. Both had delivery dates uncomfortably close to Christmas. When the delivery date was extended, I told my daughter I was getting nervous about checking it off my granddaughter’s list. My daughter explained to be extra cautious, she’d ordered one from the Big Box Discount Store, and hers would be arriving any day. Mine, ordered from this supplier, was going to cut it really close. Both arrived about the same time and we compared the two. This Gryffendor looked more than 2 inches larger and was much better quality. It didn’t have that “claw machine stuffie” look the way the other did.
