I have been using this product for two weeks now and the difference it has made to my wrist and knees is incredible. I now have zero pain in both, my wrist was incredibly painful and it hurt me to wash up and lift the kettle. I will be reordering again and I have promoted turmeric to my friends and work colleagues.

I used this product as a supplement with my prescribed medication for Crohns disease - having checked first with my GI consultant. It really helps with the associated joint pain that I have connected with the Crohns and with inflammation generally. I have used other brands before but was still suffering pain. I can honestly say that since my last purchase (when I couldnt see the brand I'd bought before) I chose Nutritech because it was well priced and also because it had higher potency -Ive been taking 2 capsules daily and the pain in my knees has almost totally gone. Of course this could be due to other reasons, but it does seem likely that it is making a bigger difference than previous brands. Having ginger and black pepper can also help with the effectiveness. I definitely endorse this product.

I haven't ticked any of the above stars because unfortunately they are too big for me to swallow. They arrived on time and I took the first capsule which got stuck in my throat and as I live on my own this can be very frightening, in fairness I have always had this problem. There were other tablets on Amazon which you can break into a cup, add boiling water and drink like tea, maybe I should have gone for that type.Sorry about this review as it is no fault of the manufacturers.Best regards.

Been taking these for a couple of weeks and i think they are beginning to work on my painful knee.The pain is much less than it was.Good value for money,easy to take,would recommend for painful joints

...tried this and what can I say,it just didn't seem to work...may do the trick for others.. not for me I'm afraid.. disappointed

Arrived in time. Been using for a while now. Can't be 100% sure if these have helped but notice i'm not in so much pain. Maybe i'm getting a bit better myself but will continue using as don't want to tempt fate. I've given some to a friend to see what result she gets but certainly worth trying if you suffer from Arthritis/rheumatism/sciatica or similar ailments.

This has reduced the pain in my arthritic knees considerably. I've only been taking it a few weeks so I look forward to seeing the full results
