Ridges are a little too thick, they leave marks on my face for about 1/2 the day (the expensive resmed chin strap does not leave marks) . And one of the straps for the back of the head needs to be a little longer.

I bought this to replace another one after having a minor cosmetic job on my chin for support. It’s super comfortable and easy to adjust. The material is soft to me I read others said it was itchy before I purchased but I don’t think it is. Lightweight.

This chin strap looked exactly like what I needed from the photos and description online. The key feature was the velcro retaining straps that hold the chin strap from moving at night while sleeping. The manufacturer did include 2 retaining straps with the "Large" Deluxe Chinstrap, but both are too short to use! Each strap needs to be at least 2 inches longer in order to wrap around the back of the head, or front of the head, to have enough overlap on the chinstrap to hold effectively!I wonder if the retaining straps included in this package were for a smaller variation of this product? Both measure 11" long. The bottom line is this product is not usable. Unfortunately the return window has closed. If I could get longer retaining straps, about 13" long, this product would be perfect and I could rate it 5-stars.

I both love and hate this strap. I love that I can get it tight. I hate that it doesn't last more than a couple of months. I also hate that it's not comfortable in the summer.Despite it's flaws, I have not found anything else at this time that works, so, I have to buy this to supplement the one insurance provides.It's not bad, it's just not able to last more than 2-3 months at most for me.

The back straps, 2 were supplied, are too short and almost not elastic. I have had to purchase material to fabricate a proper length back strap. The main strap just fits me, but I am a small person.

For some reason, I keep buying Chin straps on Amazon trying to find something more stylish, but I always come back to this one. Nothing works for me as well at keeping my mouth shut while wearing my CPAP at night and preventing dry mouth. The few reviews I’ve read that were not positive obviously don’t understand that the shorter strap is supposed to velcro onto the sides and around the back of the head to keep it in place. I have used this style of Chin strap for over eight years and have never had a problem with it, falling off my head. I Hope, I’ve learned my lesson and instead of wasting my money on the other ones will always come back here. The only downside Is that it can leave the Velcro imprint on the sides of the cheeks for a few hours after I get up in the morning. I’m considering making a silk tube to cover The chinstrap on the part that touches my face.
