This product was shipped from China and it got caught up in customs and it took forever to arrive. It must have been shipped on a turtle's back. After it arrived I was excited to use it but when in use it squeaks a lot at the hinge where the pole connects to the pad. I don't know if it's too tight or too loose but it almost wakes up the neighbors is so loud. Also it's a little difficult to align it when you're trying to drive the pad but maybe I just have to learn how to do it better. I've only used it once and my major complaint is the squeaking, as for the time it took the ship I guess it is what it is.
