I am the sort of person who can drink espresso and have a nap. So, when I bought these I was sceptical. However, just one 30 minutes or so before gym will make you see sounds.

Great Energy Boost!
I’ve tried many pre-workout drinks, but Warrior Rage Energy Shots really stand out. The Blue Raspberry flavor is delicious, and it gives me the perfect energy boost before my workouts and runs. The 200mg of caffeine is just the right amount to keep me energized without feeling jittery, and it's one of the few that doesn’t make me feel sick. Plus, I love that it contains Vitamin B6 and B12 for an added health benefit. Highly recommend this product for anyone needing a quick and effective energy lift!

Vile taste but does what it says.
Taste is vile. Takes a while to kick in. Definitely not buying again. It does what it says on the tin but that taste is something else.

Great stuff - but careful .....
Careful because it has quite a high caffein content. Whilst that is kinda the point of pre-workout, this has over 300mg of caffein. Given a can of coke got about 9mg - it's a lot.But I felt great during the weight training.Only negative I have really is the taste. I bought the lemon stuff and it tasted of highly concentrate lemon juice sour lol ... bit rough but as a shot - who cares, ey :)
