I have been disappointed in radios made within the last few years. This radio however is different. The controles are easy to use and the sensitivity and selectivity are surprisingly good. The shortwave can be tuned to the precise frequencies and the reception is good overall. This radio is nearly as good as many other, more expensive radios that you can buy. If you are more serious in wanting to hear shortwave you can buy a retractable reel antenna. You can unreel it to bring in weak signals and when done, reel it in like a tape measure. Shortwave radio stations are not as plentiful as back in the 1970’s, or, ‘80, but many are still out there. The FM section of the radio is very good in both its sensitivity, as well as its selectivity. (Better than radios of equal or greater cost.) I like this radio because of its great reception and low cost so much that I have decided to buy 3 more!. It is a well designed, and well made little radio with great sound.

Nice small radio. I like that it is digital tuning and rechargeable battery or plug in. This little radio has good volume also. Fm reception is good. You know how am radio is hit or miss. Comes in handy for having some background sound at work. I can catch the news, a game or listen to some music. It has a ux ,USB and SD slot also but I have not used those yet. Over all good deal. Only thing I would add is bluetooth and a back lit display..

Wish AM frequency did not go blank after awhile, but probably aids in better reception. Comes with USB charging cable and instructions sheet.

Small and works great! Keeps my kitchen filled with tunes

Everything seemed very great good sound great battery life easy to use except one thing I ordered 2 of them one as a gift and one out of 2 the headphone jack does not work what so ever very disappointing I almost would had given it 5 stars I wonder if I even want to exchange it

Good quality, easy to use.

♦ Auto scan and log as stations:• Logs STATIC as a station.• No way to override auto scan, so one is permanently stuck with static as one of the stations.• Does not remember listening volume upon turning off, and defaults to LOUD BOOMING volume every time it is turned on. Shocks everyone nearby and makes it appear as if trying to show off your loud little toy.Other than that, it is a basic radio that one can punch in the station frequency wanted as the auto function fills all the station slots with stations one does not want. In other words: One has to know and remember every station frequency that want to listen to; meaning if listening to one frequency and want to go to another favorite station, the frequency needs to be punched into the radio.

My wife likes this radio. Happy wife, happy life.
