Useful!
Worked really well on my leather coach purse!! It had salt from outside and smudges all over it and now it looks almost brand new! (Besides scratches)

Good for all leather bags
I have been using this product for decades. It has protected my high end designer bags for years. They look new even when I give them away. It doesn'tmattee the leather or the color, it does a beautiful job of protecting my bags.

It's alright. Not too bad but not so great.
Not super deep hydration for leather but is alright. I'd say it's quite gentle on old leather and new. I like the set comes with a cloth. I don't find the price overly expensive

I love this stuff!
Wow!!! I do not usually leave reviews but this product is worth leaving one for. I have two coach purses that were gifted to me and I love them. One had a few white scuff marks on the front and the other a water stain on the bottom. Between the cleaner first, and then a hefty amount of conditioner with an old wash cloth, I was able to get the purses looking brand new. I am so thrilled with this purchase. While I was on the leather goods care train, I was able to treat my leather flip flop sandals (Rainbows) and my leather clogs (Danskos) too. Pics for proof! And still have half of each bottle. I do not think the product will magically resuscitate poorly cared for leather, but routine care and minor blemishes are properly tackled! Buy it.

Love this Coach 4 oz cleaning and conditioning set and love that Amazon is offering access to all things Coach! This set is enough to get through the cleaning and conditioning of at least five of your favorite Coach or any other leather bags! Great value, goes on smooth with no sticky residue, will have your leather feeling soft and luxurious!

Did absolutely nothing for the white marks on my purse
I purchased this set to remove white marks on my dark leather Coach purse. There are small but noticeable spots on both sides - about four in total. Two of them look like something dripped on the leather. Unfortunately, this product did nothing to remove the marks. While the rest of my purse now looks shinier, the stains remain. I’m so disappointed, especially since I take such good care of my bag - it never even touches the ground
