First one didn’t work and replacement didn’t either
Terrible handling of this issue Neither original nor replacement worked. Didn’t receive everything shown either time printer. I am in another state for holidays. No printer or car to drive to UPS store. AmaOn offered to have UPS pick up but they came on wrong day and I wasn’t told there would be a $7.99 charge for them to pick up. I contacted Amazon who said $7.99 charge would be removed. Still there and says up to 30 days for refund. What a joke as I am a longtime very regular cuatomee.
