These chocolates are tasty and their shapes are pretty, so I purchased multiple boxes to give as gifts. I assumed they would have some sort of insulation to protect from the heat. However, that was not the case and all of the chocolates had completely melted. Very disappointing!

Arrived completely melted to the point that it was unrecognizable and the box was basically just empty with some sludge on it.

I assumed this product would be shipped with dry ice. It was completely melted. Not usable or returnable.
