Blinded by the light....
Warning: When you unbox these, DO NOT look at these lights when you test them for the first time. They are bright AF! I bought a 3-pack of these lights for our three closets. Two of them, I hung directly above the door frame on the inside of the closet. Hit the switch and the overhead light illuminates the entire closet. My youngest daughter is to short to have hers mounted above the door frame, so I mounted it on the wall on one side of the closet. It works well for her, but of course the opposite side of the closet is prone to shadows.The product works very well... but, they are handled poorly. The 3 lights were loose in the box.. the film had come off the sticky tape and they were all stuck together. I had a sticky mess to clean of each light (thank you Goo-Gone). The other thing is that the mounting screws were not compatible with the holes in the lights. I believe the screw heads were too large, but I don't exactly remember. I grabbed some new screws from the local hardware shop. No biggie in the grand scheme of things.

Good as any good lighting
I should’ve purchased more of the switch lights. They are bright and light the room as any room light should. Love it. I put one in the closet, laundry room, and bathroom. Having it in the closet is really helpful. I no longer need to turn on the room light to pick out an outfit. I can see color and texture just fine with this light. I used it in the kitchen during a recent power outage. It was as if I had the ceiling light on. Perfectly fine. I do wish however that it was more stable in the installation. The double sided tape was nearly off the product when I received it. I don’t trust that sticking it to a wall would last long if you actually use it regularly, or at all. I nailed a piece of sheet metal to the wall, then hung them by the magnet. This method isn’t so stable, I have to hold it to the wall each time I use it so that it doesn’t fall off. The switch is a bit tight so it takes a tiny bit more effort to flip it on and that just enough to flip it off the magnet. But, that can be fixed, by also taking it down, but I want to be able to move them where I want them. I need to purchase more... good stuff

Perfect solution!
Love these! Shredder and small work surface with upper cabinet are in out-of-the-way corner with no immediate light source. Area not used often, and usually just briefly, so...for years!...had limited access to daylight or when trying to juggle a flashlight. Attached one of these lights under cabinet (with screw, didn't want to risk uncertainty of Velcro).....happy dance! Love the easy on/off, range of dimmer (barely lit to very bright). The second light is mobile. Sometimes used in toilet and tub area which is separate room from bathroom vanity and with only harsh, overhead light (and no outlet for nightlight). This affords any range of lighting (especially when less illumination is desired). Has also been put to use inside closets and cabinets where only momentary lighting is needed. Much appreciated by older eyes in dark and dim conditions. Kind of laughable to be so giddy over a problem solver.

Good dimming range, multiple mounting options
I wanted a very dim LED nightlight, this was one of the only battery-operated dimming lights I could find. The dimming range is very good, and it's granular. There are multiple mounting options (screw, velcro and what looks like magnets). The on/off click is not as quiet as I'd prefer, but it's not loud by normal standards. I removed a star because the quality was inconsistent amongst the four I received. I waited too long to ask for an exchange, but I really only needed one or two anyway. The others will be backups, loaners or for portable applications (actually used one of them for tent lighting this summer). Since I mainly use the light at the lowest setting I have not yet needed to replace the one AAA battery that each unit came with.

Lights are great.
Installed one in each the 3 storage areas of our camper and installed 1 in our unpowered shed. Work great and shines plenty of light. I used medium strength double sided 3M tape after the Velcro tape fell off in 12 hours. 5 stars for the lights, 0 stars for the velcro tape.

Great little lights
Looked at lighting setups for my corn hole boards and decided they are all just to expensive for a yard game.Picked up this set and installed them under each board. Now I just reach in through the hole and flip them on when it gets dark :)If you use them this way make sure to mount on the front side of the hole or they will blind people standing at the other board.They are very bright and work really well :)

Solidly built except for the battery latch.
Approximately 200 Lumen output is fine. Light color is neutralish. The 6 inch bodies are built strong except battery compartment door is near useless. had to trim excess plastic just to close the door. Guaranteed that you'll need tape on that door to hold it closed.The magnet and mounting plate are strong and work well. However, the magnet is surface mounted and not recessed. Attempting to use screws or double stick pads will be difficult. Too soon to tell about battery life.

Super bright!
It’s so hard to find small lights for dark closets or pantries that are actually bright enough, but this is really bright and I love it. I mounted a small piece of metal on the wall so I could take advantage of the magnet and remove the light as needed to search a large unlit storage closet. It works wonderfully.
