Ok so I’m a fit guy I go to the gym 4 times a week and weight train very hard. I’ve been doing this for over 25years. I brought a pair of these sliders mainly because I looked on YouTube saw a few workouts and thought to myself that this will be something a bit different. It’s different alright. These things tear you to pieces !! They will give you a proper real hard workout. Some of the exercises I can barely get more than 2 or 3 reps out and I’m busted !! These sliders will give you a hardcore workout if you use them to their best effect. They are cheap they take up hardly any space they are lightweight but best of all they are effective. I would highly recommend them.

Used a few times with clients at work (PT) on the sled track. Work great easy to store lightweight. Glide well.

I love these sliders! My core has been burning thanks to these little discs. A great product that comes in it's own bag and a small booklet with instructions and exercises you can begin using immediately. One side is smooth for carpet, the other side is for hard floors. A really excellent product which I can use at home, in the gym or on holiday.

These are good but the grip could be better i went a bit mad on them doing 200 work outs just to burn off fat they do slip i found better to use barefeet or if you have good grip trainers i don't but my barefeet just fine.

Not sure how these would work on laminate flooring but not great on carpet hard work ,

Easy to use and will be great for my Pilates class

The product works as intended and the manual are great, but from just one time use (for like a minut or two), there are already a lot of scratches on the side that was towards the floor. A little let down, but hopefully it will not affect long term use

Great item for core work and strength in and away from the gym. Sadly scratch easily, but doesn’t compromise their use.

Realmente buenos, rígidos pero cómodos, deslizan muy bien.

These are amazing! That came in very quickly and in great quality. I have been doing at home barre workouts that require a glider where substituted a towel before I broke down bought his glider set. The gliders were a more challenging tool which is exactly what I was missing. I have painted concrete flooring and these slide just fine on them.

Qualität ist top , inmer noch dabei auch nach viele Jahren. Ich bin total zufrieden
