Don’t buy it!
Well, I wanted to love the Navimow, but it turns out that it is another Chinese product that was rushed to market with problems and customer service has essentially ghosted me.I have been using my H3000-VF for about 7 months. The Navimow has some good and bad features just like any new product. The firmware and app updates are automatically updated and would sometimes regress the performance of the mower. However, those issues were manageable and the mower did complete many mowing cycles over the time I have had it.The catastrophic problems started when I noticed the firmware updates were not updating the Telematics module. I initially put a ticket in for this issue and customer service confirmed the Telematics module was broke and the mower could “optionally” be sent for repair or the mower would continue to function normally but no further Telematics firmware’s would be updated. I elected to keep using the mower. Two weeks later and the mower no longer has any network connectivity. This renders the mower essentially useless.I have contacted customer service multiple times over the past week and have received no response for this latest catastrophic issue. Therefore, I am stuck with a 2500$ paperweight. Needless to say, I am a bit ticked off…Anyways, save yourself the time and money and look elsewhere than Segway for your robotic mower purchase. If Customer Service gets back to me and remedies the situation, I would gladly change this review to 3 or 4 stars. But, a 2500$ device that is marketed with a 3 year warranty and doesn’t even make it a full year with no Customer Service help deserves nothing better than a 1 star review.

Great Mower with no wires
The media could not be loaded. The Segway mower has surpassed my expectations; it's truly remarkable. Despite initial reservations from reading Amazon reviews, I'm pleased to report that it functioned perfectly right out of the box.I chose this model for three primary reasons: 1. Built-in theft tracking (not standard on all models), 2. The size of my yard, and 3. The absence of boundary wires. My yard is quite intricate, featuring narrow passages, trees, and slopes.Setting up and updating the mower was hassle-free, and customer support was readily accessible and helpful, although I didn't need much assistance at this stage.Segway Navimow offers various models, so it's crucial to measure your yard accurately before making a purchase. The software restricts mowing beyond the designated area.I added an extension antenna to a shed for optimal GPS reception, which is vital for the mower's performance. Additionally, we constructed a cost-effective doghouse—kudos to my wife for that. The software and mapping process are straightforward. It's similar to mapping with a Roomba, requiring a few days of adjustments. You'll need to accompany the mower to set and modify boundaries.Firmware updates have introduced new features, indicating ongoing improvements. There's a connectivity fee after the first year, partly for theft tracking, which is about $30 US.Remember, like robotic vacuums, they work slowly and methodically, resulting in a well-groomed appearance. So far, I'm extremely satisfied, but I opted for a three-year warranty as a precaution.

Not great...
I've had this mower for a couple of months now and regretting that I didn't return it. This mower will only be good for basically manicured lawns that have no virtually NO hills, rocks, sticks, mud, sandy areas, or gravel...Good luck with that.I bought this thinking it would run similar to an indoor smart vacuum - which it doesn't really do. It's not smart enough to detect that there's an obstacle and will just keep trying the same path over and over and over again. It REALLY tears up the sod when the tires dig in to get better traction. If you do get this, I recommend zoning out your property in multiple sections so you can decide what areas to cut, otherwise it's wastes it battery trying to zig zag all over.I think the concept of this mower is super cool, there's just some pretty big flaws that need to get improved before I'd risk buying it again. Not worth the price.

It was defective and Support was not available during the hours specified
I setup product and attempted to start it mowing. It told me the software needing updating. I accessed the built-in software to update, and the system told me the software was already at the latest version. Thus I could never get the mower to do anything. Giving the name of Segway, I thought this was an American product after further research, I discovered it was Chinese made.
