It's perfect. Good quality and as described. My dog thought it's for her cuz she has tutus of her own. 🤣

Skirt is very short, but made well. Good elastic and tulle, but really short.

I wear this skirt for events and it has held up great. I keep it in a bag and just fluff it out when ready to wear.

We wore it at a Bubble Run and it held up great. It's still hold its shape.
