This book is not readable. Apparently it is printed on demand, and something is wrong with the process. Computer symbols appear throughout. Many words have no spaces between them; spacing for paragraphs is not observed; the index refers to specific pages, but there are no numbers on the pages; and on and on.The errors seem to be printing errors not editing errors. Don't waste your money until the publisher has corrected the mistakes.

I really enjoyed most of this book and thoroughly so the first two thirds. Breaking everything down into its science worked well for me.
