I love Sloane and Rowan! My top 5 couple of all time! I love Sloane’s character so much. Such a badass. And Rowan… he’s just perfect.

This is one of the best dark romance books I have read in 2023. Both FMC & MMC are beautifully written. Specially how their relationship goes from strangers to friends to lovers. The spicy scenes are great and the banter is 🙌🏻. Can’t wait for book 2 in June!

Panty-dropper.😮‍💨 I love a story that can genuinely make me laugh, and this one delivered. Sloane has officially earned a spot as one of my favorite FMCs. The concept of a straight-up badass female people deleter getting all shy and cutesy around her crush, and not knowing how to be around him without blushing, is such an adorable concept to me and I ate it right up. And Rowan… 🥵 A man who is completely obsessed with his woman and backs it up with actions? The bar has been raised. Permanently. This book really had everything, spice, sharp banter, addictive side characters, plus that perfect sprinkle of angst and grovel to keep things interesting. Genuinely an amazing read.

This edition is stunning and looks just like in the pictures. I haven't read it yet, but when I received the book I had to let you know how great looking it is. The edges have a metallic look to them which I feel is very unique when the sprayed edges are only of one color with no design. The design in the hardcover is simple but beautiful, on the front, back and side. And special mention to the design of the dust jacket which might be my favorite one I have seen from the books I have, definitely worthy of a collector's edition book and it was a fun way to give the trigger warnings. On the negative side, my book did arrive with some minor details. Some tiny damage of the jacket and a couple of the pages were bent on the bottom. This is really not a big issue for me, but thought I would mention it and let you know that it does not arrive with any sort of protection. It's only the book in a box.
