Highly recommend!!
Bought this for my dad who was using a cane. He's 6' 2" and just under the weight limit and he's able to use the walker everywhere. The larger wheels and the shocks make it much easier to push than regular walkers. This is well worth the money and has given my dad more independence and mobility, he can even sit and take breaks comfortably, the cup holder is an awesome feature since he always has a travel mug of coffee with him. The bag is large enough to fit everything he needs and more. I used the mesh side pickets of it to keep a small screwdriver and the tool that came with the walker so I can tighten anything as needed. Also it's so easy to push that my 6 year old can sit in the seat and he can push her along with him without issue even on thick lush grass. Very easy to assemble.

Perfect for walking in grass
This is a wonderful walker that allows my husband to walk around in the yard because the wheels are large enough to create traction for the grass. Assembly was not as easy as the other three walkers I put together, but that could just be me. It comes with an instruction booklet.

So maneuverable
Love the big wheels! It moves easily over rough terrain/sand! It is so easy to adjust height! My only concern is seat height is a little high for me. Really like that drink holder was included & that it is so easy to put on & remove.

It should be called the Hullabaloo because....
Update: I contacted Helavo support, and they went to work trying to recreate the issue. They came up with the idea that the suspension bolt for that wheel may have worked itself loose. I checked, and, indeed, it had loosened just a touch. The left wheel bolt was still tight. So it seems that the right bolt loosened during use. Since I crashed and burned with it, potentially damaging the structural integrity, and the bolt could be potentially defective, I decided to return it and get a new unit. I really like this rollator, so I decided to stick with it. Since I don't expect to need to remove the front wheels frequently, I plan to apply Loctite to those bolts as an added measure. Helavo support has been great. They replied quickly and were eager to resolve my issues with the rollator. I wouldn't hesitate to order from them in the future. Updated to four stars because, overall, I think this is a quality product at a great price point, despite my issue. The support from the company has been great so far. If the bolt issue doesn't persist, I will bump this to 5 stars. ======= It should be called the Hullabaloo because that is what happens when the wheels lock up and faceplant you, and people rush to scrape you up off the ground. I want to love it. But after the right front wheel locked up on smooth pavement, causing me to fall face-first onto the pavement, I'm disappointed. I walk 5K races, and I got this hoping it would not rattle my brains out like my little Medline indoor rollator. The "ride" is definitely smoother than the Medline, but the right front wheel decided it was possessed by demons on the last quarter kilometer, and started spinning and turning sideways, and then staying stuck sideways. It did the previous 4k, including some dirt and gravel trail, great. So, imagine my surprise to find myself face down on top of the rollator. Got some road rash as a result. As someone who has had 5 strokes and needs a rollator/walker for ataxic gait, on blood thinners, an abrupt faceplant is NOT what I want. In the same fashion as a toothache that goes away when you get to the dentist, the wheel started working right after I left the rollator at the side of the course to finish the last 30 feet or so of the race. I'm stubborn like that. It quit spinning like Linda Blair's head in the Exorcist and worked fine again. (Yes, I am that old.) As much as I like the design of the rollator, and there are other people out there that are using these for races, including ultra marathons, you are taking your life in your hands. I can't afford a Trionic, and I researched the heck out of other outdoor rollators, and this one rated pretty highly. So, I am disappointed that it couldn't handle pavement at a walking pace. Of course, the rollator is now all scraped up, as am I. I am going to contact the company to see what they have to say. There may be an issue here that can be addressed. Otherwise, I will be returning it. If this is what can be expected from this rollator, it is not safe for use other than perhaps indoors, which kinda defeats the purpose. If you want a solid indoor rollator, that's fine for a trip to the doctor's office or running errands. I highly recommend the Medline, https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00I6GQCRA?ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_fed_asin_title&th=1, at a third of the price. I LOVE it. It even went for a 5K walk on a bumpy-as-heck trail and didn't try to kill me. About rattled my dentures out, but didn't throw me to the ground. A word about the solid wheels... I debated long and hard about solid versus pneumatic wheels. I opted for solid because I have places where I could encounter blackberries that eat humans for lunch, sharp gravel, and other things. I was worried that the ride would be awful. I was pleasantly surprised. I read some reviews about issues with the pneumatic tires, and I didn't want to risk a flat tire somewhere by myself. Pneumatic tires will give you a gentler experience, but I was happy with the solid tires. It's not torture. It also handled well in moderately wet grass, although I suspect the pneumatic might be the winner in grass. The solid tires are not particularly grippy. The best part is that the tires are interchangeable. I checked with Helavo on that. So you could spring for whichever tires you didn't get if you wanted to swap them as needed. Cheaper than buying both if that is a consideration for you. So, if you want a snazzier color, you could buy a pneumatic version and swap in solid wheels if you decide you want them, too. If you are rather active and plan to walk more than to the end of your driveway, I'd think twice about this model. Given what I encountered today, I would not call this an outdoor rollator. Pictures show the damage to the rollaor after it crashed and burned. My elbows look like that too, only there's blood, too. :|

Hellavo walker
This is a well built quality 4 wheel walker easy to fold and locks in when unfolding has a larger bag that is easy to remove for showers and tight canvas seat for resting . Larger wheels with soft tires that never need air great for uneven terrain, it is a little heavy at 26# to lift it in a truck but maybe ok in a suv just start the rear wheels and push .

Well built, sturdy, smooth ride.
This walker has held up very well since I purchased in 2023. My dad has loved it and people tell him it looks like he has the Mercedes of walkers The walker just showing minor wear. Will take to a bike shop probably to refresh breaks. I was going to order new handles, which after 3 years show signs of daily use, but I am looking at finding a replacement. Only reason is at 96 he needs a rollator walker\transport chair. I will definitely take a look at what Helavo has. Great product! You can't go wrong with this chair, very well built.

Seat lift broke-Difficult to assemble
Update- used in house- never sat on it- only lifted seat for narrow spaces---strap on seat to lift broke and cheap rings for strap attached to are rusted. Seat locked now and can no longer lift---not recommend. If you need a walker for your health issues- most likely you are not able to assemble this sitting on the floor. It took me more than 1 hr sitting from a chair. Parts -particularly bottom frame to wheels are heavy and no one checked to see if holes were drilled clean. There were burrs in the holes. The hexagon head of 2 bolts would not set in holes to get the wing nut on- had to get a metal file to clear the drill holes as well as the two hexagon heads to get them to connect to the wheel sections. Should clearly state on label that labels should face outward- not bury in text instructions like an after thought- it makes a difference that all labels should face outward. It was new and not opened but brake lines were tangled- very heavy part to connect the frame to the leg bar-hard to line up doing it from a chair. If you have to assemble this alone and not in great health- be prepared to call for help. Depth of seat should be expanded-Width ok but not ok in depth. Nice indoor walker after I finely finished. Need to be able to collapse it a little to get through a narrow turn- it works for that well by pulling up the seat for a tight turn. I have 2 Elenker outdoor walkers- one for car and outside- 15 min to put together from a chair- larger wheels and seat for outside.

Returneras omedelbart.

Strong, sturdy and supportive
This is an excellent walker with impressive build quality. It feels strong, sturdy, and stable, even when used on rougher ground. The height adjustments offer plenty of flexibility, and the handle grips are well designed for comfort, especially if you need to lean on the walker rather than simply push it. The seat is a great bonus too, solid, supportive, and comfortable enough for a temporary rest. It is a little heavier than a typical lightweight indoor walker, but that’s because it’s built for outdoor use across different terrains. Even so, it’s not excessively heavy, and most people will have no trouble lifting it in and out of a vehicle and when walking, the slight extra weight actually works in its favour, helping it stay grounded and preventing it from catching on small stones or bumps. The small foot plates beside the rear wheels are also a clever addition, making it easier to lift the front wheels when tackling small kerbs or steps. This walker has been invaluable and gets used daily outdoors even short trips to and from the car are noticeably easier. I would highly recommend adding it to your shortlist, it’s a huge improvement over the typical “shopping trolley” style walkers. In short, this is a proper, robust walker you can genuinely lean on for support, with decent‑sized wheels that allow you to go places other walkers simply can’t manage.
