Is this my favorite hot sauce?I've been using it for years. A drop or two for me is enough. Adds that extra flavor with just a small amount of heat on the backside. I can't use a lot of it but I'm sure some people do. It's a great hot sauce.

Hamajang is the best Bloody Mary hot sauce ever. Watch out though: It's frikin' hot. You can always add more, but you can't take it out. Try a drop on your finger first. HA! It's got a punch and it is right up front, not one of those sneaky hot sauces. But it's not stupid hot, either. It's just right. And the smokey flavor is perfect. Goes great on eggs, too. And is the secret heat in my meat-n-red beans chili (along with unsweetened chocolate). It really is an amazing hot sauce I can't really compare with any of the other couple of dozen in the 'fridge. We rotate in and out as we try new things, but this is maybe our favorite in the Hot category, although the distinct smokey part doesn't work for all applications.

There are a million hot sauces out there, so what is special about this one? Well, the smoky flavor. I've had plenty of sauces that claim to be smoky -- this one actually is. Lots of flavor. In terms of heat, this tastes like a habanero sauce, not a ghost pepper sauce -- which makes it perfect for general / everyday use. Great sauce. I also like that it is easy to use the right amount: some sauces are so hot you can only use a few drops. Others require massive amounts of sauce to get flavor / spice. And some are so thick they are difficult to get out of the bottle. This sauce is thin (so easy to dispense), has a decent regulator (to avoid too much coming out), and allows you to use it without being super careful about the amount.

It's a it hooter than I expected, but still very good.

Good sauce. I eat hot sauce mostly everyday of my life, I like it very spicy without overpowering the flavor and this sauce is a perfect blend for me. You can add enough to get the full taste of it without it getting too hot enjoy. Maybe start to break a sweat but not crazy hot.

Really tasty sauce with a great flavor that really turns up the heat. Heed the warning that this is a spicy ghost pepper sauce - but it's not the spiciest sauce I've tried and enjoyed, and spice lovers shouldn't find this unreasonably hot.

This sauce is great if you’re looking for something that is extremely hot. This causes massive throat and lip burn. I’d definitely say to just use small dabs of this stuff because it can be overpowering if you use too much. The flavor of this sauce is pretty mild and is really blocked out by the heat of the ghost peppers inside the mix. This is a good sauce to use beside another one to add some heat to an already well flavored spicy dish. Overall, I like using it and I eat spicy food all the time and love to use this when I find the spice to be too mild, literally just a few drops of this is all you need to bring the heat up insanely.
