Q: Can I plug the battery into any usb c plug to charge?

The Battery needs its proper charger to charge the battery, it has a USB outlet as the battery acts as a power bank if needed. The battery does not have a "C" connector

Q: when i wash it , the wire leave inside the vest, will it be danger getting wet? Can I use tumble dryer to dry it?

You can cold wash the product in a machine but only if you put it on the mesh bag , it must not be hot washed and cannot be tumble dried. Line dry only. The washing instructions are attached to the product lining

Q: What is the chest measurement for size medium

Size medium is more suitable for the body chest size 38-40 inches. And you could consult the size chart for more details.

Q: Can you buy a spare battery?

Additional battery is available separately, you could find it by searching for the keyword "ororo battery" or visiting ORORO brand store directly.
