Small but mighty
Incredible pocket sized lens that packs a punch. Image quality is spot on. Bit of a funky fitting lens hood which initially I thought I would knock off in use or in my bag, but it had been fine. Well built even though it is super lightweight. A brilliant addition to my lens collecrion

I bought this lens, I didn't like it. I made a refund. As a result, they blocked everything on Amazon! It's like I didn't return the product. Be careful.

Sehr gutes Objektiv, aber.....
Um es kurz zu machen. Dieses Objektiv von Sigma, performt in diesem Brennweitenbereich perfekt an einer a6700. Es macht Spaß, damit zu fotografieren und es beschränkt sich nicht nur auf Landschaft und Architektur. Durch die Naheinstellungsgrenze kann man es auch für kreative Zwecke, wie zum Beispiel die Fotografie von Pilzen im Wald, die bei 10mm wie Riesen wirken, nutzen. Das Objektiv hat dabei ein hübsches Bokeh und kräftige warme Farben. Nun zum "aber". Wie schon beim neuen 24-70, 2.8 und dem 70-200mm 2.8 frage ich mich, was sich die Designer der Außenhülle bei der Konstruktion gedacht haben. Bei dem kleinen 10-18mm schließt die Sonnenblende direkt am Zoomring ab. Zoomt man nun damit, klemmt man sich, wenn man wie gewohnt zoomt, am Ende die Hautläppchen der Finger ein. Der Zoomring, hätte größer sein müssen und vor allem mehr mittig. Das gleiche Problem haben auch die beiden anderen Objektive. Hier klemmt man sich zwar nicht die Finger ein, aber sie wirken dort, wo sie sind, deplatziert und geben haptisch kein gutes Gefühl. Allerdings, und ich habe den direkten Vergleich, sind alle drei Objektive optisch auf einem hohen Niveau. Für das Sigma 10-18mm gebe ich trotz der Haptik, optisch und vor allem in der kreativen Praxis, eine klare Kaufempfehlung.
