These are the best probiotics they’re all natural and they work great for me

I’ve tried many probiotics. These are just about the only ones I can tell a difference with. I took them consistently for a month and it regulated my movements, I ran out and the shipment was behind so I couldn’t take them for about another month and I could tell that I hadn’t taken them. After I started taking them again,my bloating went down and I’m regular again. I will continue to use these!The capsule is easy to swallow and leaves no after taste. I also trust this brand and feel like their quality is top notch.

After doing extensive research into what to look for in a probiotic, I started looking at the ingredients of many, many of them This has everything I was looking for in an excellent probiotic.Firstly, it has 25 Billion CFUs - something you won't find in many probiotics. Secondly, it is packed with gut-friendly superfoods: cordyceps mycelium, maitake mycelium and fermented ginger root, all chosen for their unique gut-friendly properties. Thirdly, I know I can trust the Ancient Nutrition brand to use the best REAL foods in their products. Learning that most of our health issues start in the gut, I decided that I want the best of the best to promote good health. This is it.

I usually hold my breath when I am taking a supplement for the first time. The supplement industry is highly unregulated and your guess is as good as anyone else's as to what is actually in the capsules. With a reputable company and third parties involved which are well known, such as CCOF / USDA Organic certification, I feel better about what I am putting in my body.This supplement thankfully doesn't have a super ridiculous level of B12 as some do, with this being 1042% of the recommended daily value, which is fine. I have to stagger what supplements I take on which day, as some of them I take have 40,000% of the daily value-and while the excess may be excreted by the body, I don't need to have 200,000% total B12 for the day.There is no taste or odor to these capsules. I have had no side effects. As I consume other things with probiotics added, such as a greens powder, I cannot say for sure which does what. I honestly don't notice any noticeable effects with any probiotic. However, the superfood blend of mushrooms in this is great, so I am taking it for that. I can only hope it reduces bloating by the time I finish the bottle.Thank you for making a trustworthy supplement.

This product does exactly what it says it will. Effective pre & probiotics. Great for metabolism.

I just started using this product 5 days ago and so far so good. No side effects or after taste and easy to swallow. We’ll see how it works in a month.

Anything ancient nutritionals is a good product. I like how you can feel the difference in just one bottle and if your chemical conscious this is the way to go.
