I bought 2 pack, received one, no reply from seller...?

Could someone please tell me how to get the tops unscrewed? Has anyone else had this problem?

I didn't have the problem myself but two tricks you can try are, 1) put on a rubber glove to get a better grip, 2) use some pliers, very gently, just to loosen the lid. Hope it works.
