I rated these a three star per the post that follows. Nothing has changed about the performance, they still don't work. However, after posting the review, the seller contacted me and offered a replacement. No hassle, no excuses, just up front customer service. The replacements arrived today and work great. Very impressed with the attention to service by the seller.I've had these for about eight months. A few times they worked well. They stayed paired, the sound was great and the battery lasted longer than expected. Normally, that hasn't been the case. I've had difficulty keeping them paired with my HP laptop and iPhone and now, the right bud has no sound at all while the left one cuts in and out. They don't seem to charge consistently and lose power randomly. Just not dependable.

I have used this pair of earpiece for about 3 weeks. In general they are made with good quality and I really like the sound quality when talking on telephone calls. I have used at least 7 pairs of earpieces in the past and none of them provide such a clear sound to the recipient's side and I received no more complaints from my wife.There are 3 things that you need to know before you buy them:1. Battery life - I usually start putting them on before I go to work in the morning. I listen to music and sometimes YouTube and receiving phone calls etc. the battery will only last for about 6 to 7 hours so it is already dead before I go home. I used at least 5 earpieces that could last for at least 10 hours though.2. The silicon eartips flip easily when I pull them out from ears so I need to flip them back in place before I charge them in the case.3. Tab control sometimes difficult and sometimes need to do a few times.Overall they are good at the price I paid for. I will be happy to buy another one if soundpeat can fix the above issues.

After using these earphones for about 6 months, i am really satisfied by their sound quality, build quality and connectivity. These connects quickly after taking them out of their pod. I don't faced any issues regarding connection even with some of my older devices (2015 hp laptop).When it comes to sound quality these are awesome crispy with ample bass. The adjustments can me made through their app. I think initially the app was not on the play store but now i can see it is there, there is a new app on the play store, i couldnt differentiate between them feature wise with regards to sounds peats clear. There is option to upgrade firmware, reset and set preset and custom eq.Call quality is also good, no issues faced. Fit is awesome, you will find a perfect fitting eartips in the box they give around 4-5 sizes in the box. Fairly comfortable i can wear them for 3-4 hours straight.The only issue i faced is regarding battery, they claims 40hrs though i saw it is not definitely 40 somewhere around 25hrs. I also reached their customer support, and yes they replied with some rutine reset instructions and told me to drain the earbuds fully and then charge and test, did that again no improvement. So thats the only downside i feel. I will update the review in case they reach out to me.Bottom line: i am satisfied

After comparing numerous earbud reviews, I settled on the SoundPEATS Clear, and I couldn't be happier. The sound quality is surprisingly good and well-balanced for the price. They fit well in my ears and are comfortable to wear. It's rare to find earbuds with an app at this price point, and the nine preset settings plus custom Equalizer offer plenty of options.In my personal use, I've found that they have a long-lasting battery life, perfect for watching training videos and making phone calls. The Game mode enhances voice synchronization in videos. Call quality is very good in quiet environments, with my voice coming through clear and natural. I haven't tested them in noisy or windy conditions yet. A key point for me is their spotless connectivity and functionality in Windows 11.Overall, I have no complaints to report at this time and would undoubtedly recommend them.
