Not as effective as the drops
The reason I ordered the 60 softgels product was I had bought the drops 2 oz before, on retail and I though it would be as effective as the drops. But it wasn't. The drops did the job for insomnia...

Give this a few days to work! I have tried all over the counter supplements to help with my sleeping issues and by far this is the best.

Not sure if they work
I am giving this three stars because I cannot tell if it works. If it does work, it is not that noticeable. I will continue to take all the pills until they are gone because they are not hurting me. I was hoping they would work better. I will not be buying them again but am glad I tried.
