Disappointing Quality - Cracked Shelves and Uninstallable Wheels
Upon opening the package, I immediately noticed that several of the shelves had cracks on them. This was a significant quality issue, as it compromised the structural integrity of the entire unit. The cracks were not minor imperfections but rather substantial defects that made me question the durability of the product. Adding to my disappointment, the wheels provided with the shelves were virtually impossible to install. The instructions were unclear, and it seemed as though the design of the wheel attachment mechanism was flawed. No matter how many attempts I made, I was unable to secure the wheels in place, rendering the foldable feature useless.
