Best money I have ever spent. I have cervical spine issues and occasional lower back issues as well. My neck bothers me all the time. I go to a chiropractor regularly, I have purchased a neck traction device, I have tried several different pillows, every cream/salve/medicine they make for such issues, all to no avail. I have been using this device for 2 days...TWO...and I feel relief already. It's the stretch I've been needing my whole adult life.Assembly - I did it by myself. It probably would have been easier with 2 people (as I believe it's recommended), but the instructions are written well, everything fits together well. No complaints.Durability - As I stated, I've only had it for a couple of days, but it feels durable and well-constructed.Ankle Cuffs - I'm so glad I invested in a device with ankle cuffs instead of a bar. Your feet and ankles are essentially holding all your weight, so if it was a bar instead, it would be miserable, and I would imagine, less safe.I love this product. I recommend it for everyone.

OK I'm going to be a spokesman for this. It's worth it and is about the only drug free way that gives me any relief. Even if it's only temporary, nothing beats that relief from the constant pain. The hardest part was the assembly and getting myself ballanced. It is surprising how little movement is needed to change your position.I'm only going to a 60° angle or so for a few minutes and doing some rotational stretches. Move my hands to my sides and point my feet to my head. Adding in some more stretch. That's enough to rotate me to a level balanced position. Which I will lay there enjoying the heat and massage. I may repeat this a few times. Becoming vertical again, I just stretch my feet to my head some more. As my weight gets transferred to my feet. I can feel the pressure again in my lower back and neck. It's a constant pressure instead of a constant pain for awhile. Definitely better than Tramadol for any relief

I had never used an inversion table when my doctor recommended one for lingering low-back pain, crepitus, and right-side sciatica resulting from an injury, so I bought the TEETER EP-560 table with some hesitation. But I quickly discovered how helpful it is.My husband and I assembled the table easily; the parts were identified and the instructions were good. It took some experimentation to adjust and balance the table so that it inclined and then returned to an upright position when I stretched my arms over my head or lowered them, but it now works smoothly.I used the attached tether to control the angle of the table, gradually increasing it from a shallow angle to a steeper one, but I quickly got used to the approximately 60 degree angle that Teeter recommends.I noticed an improvement in my back right away; I felt the decompression in my spine after the first few times I used the table. The pain and crepitus has improved markedly, and sciatica has all but disappeared. I use the table for about 2 - 5 minutes in the morning an evening. It's a great addition to my workout and physical therapy sessions.May not work for everyone, but I'm glad I bought it.

Go get one. You will not regret it.

Love the new updated version. It is easy to set up and the improvements that have been made are awesome. Live the pressure point knobs you can add and the lumbar support is a game changer. Very pleased.

EVERYTHING was in the box and it was easy to put together. I used to have one and sold it when we moved to a smaller house. Glad to have one again. They really help me !

What a great product.. High quality. Fairly priced! Fun to use. Great balance. You can fold it when not using it.
