Well made but very light compared to an authentic western electric push dial phone 1976 date on it and that is 3 times the weight of this but the bell sounds authentic and works well

This is a lovely quality retro phone. It has a proper bell ringer in it which is brilliant as it sounds much better than anything else. The ringing indicator light is very useful as it can help someone who is hard of hearing know that the phone is ringing. I have the phone in my workshop and I cannot always hear it ring over the loud machinery so the ring indicator light is very useful to me. You can also set the receiver volume to low or high. I love the styling of the squared off handset as I prefer it to some of the other rounded off retro handsets you can get. I think this is a quality phone that will last so I would definitly give it a go.

The phone is OK. I like the style (not the red light however). The only negative is that it's pretty light. I was hoping it would have a little bit more weight like the original. I had a similar phone with a rotary dial & that was fantastic, however the novelty of having to use the rotary wore off after a few weeks!

Just fits in with the decor, easy to use, clear ring tone. Very pleased with this purchase.

Unfortunately, the phone is defective, so we will have to return it. Regarding the aesthetics, it's a beautiful phone.

I needed to return the phone to Opis Technology as it didn't quite suit my needs (I am quite hard of hearing and found difficulty hearing callers). I was unable to return the phone within the return period due to an extended illness so I emailed Opis explaining my situation and they replied the very next morning with a very curteous and considerate email. Their customer service was excellent and I have received notification of a full refund for the phone. I am very pleased with Opis and would recommend them. Thankyou.

I like the retro design and the basic functions or, rather, the absence of unnecessary ones. It rings with a proper bell. The bell could be louder, and the plastic a little more solid to give the feel of a 1970's phone, but I am generally very pleased with it.
