Easy to use and effective
I was tired of just doing pushups, so I thought this might be a good addition. It's easy to just pick up at any time and do some repetitions. I think that this device is actually making the pushups easier, as well, although I definitely enjoy using this more. I was surprised how tight the tension is even on the lower settings, so I imagine that it could be used by even people advanced in their fitness routines.

The thing you need to know...
So, I got this and was about to write a negative review because I couldn't seem to adjust it. The thing that people need to know is that you have to have it FULLY extended to change the settings. If you don't, the knob will not move. With that being said, I highly doubt the max setting is 440 lbs. I'm able to do just short of the max and I'm a small guy. It's going to be a good product until I max out.

Awesome product
I needed a supplemental device for when I am traveling and can't get to the gym or need a thick workout. The product is great it can be held in different positions to include upper and lower chest and triceps. It provides ample resistance for most exercises

Pulled it out of the box, right away the counter doesn't work, the adjustment doesn't make sense at all and if the sticker comes off well good luck remembering what weight u were on. Only positives is it does give a good chest workout and the looks cool.

The LCD screen is not working at all
The main feature among other things was the counter , it did not work at all , I can’t find a way to insert batteries ( if there were any) and the manual seems to admit the inactivity of that LCD ( no mention of how to use it in the attached manual)That was a bold scam , I give a salute for a good scam but sorry i have to worn my fellow buyers

Used while recovering from surgery - found it helpful
It's a well-made device. I purchased it while recovering from an abdominal surgery and was on partial bedrest. I wanted to be able to still give my arms a little work out while sitting. This worked well. The resistance was just enough.

You have to be the strongest person in town to do a workout past easy setting. It's not for the weak
