Exactly what it says in the title, the product itself is great however the seal on the bag almost immediately clogs up with the powder making it so you have to fold the bag over and clip it to keep it air sealed.Please look into improving the packaging, its the only thing letting the product down.

I can't say that I've noticed any significant difference whatsoever. I personally think it's just one big marketing scam. However I would love to be proven wrong. I've not yet finished it. But I usually have one teaspoon per day in my protein shake.

Didnt notice anything after finishing the packet, must be poor or low quality, used a teaspoon in my drink every night, nothing.
