This will fit a large pepto bottle! I use it for my Shih Tzu who has tummy issues every now and then. Really handy and plan to order another for a smaller bottle of liquid benedryl.

I use this for my cat's bottles of lactulose. The 16 oz bottle is impossible to use with a syringe once a small amount is emptied out. I just wish this came in a bigger size because 3/4 of the times the opening of the bottle I get from the pharmacy is too wide. I have to keep pouring the new medicine into an older bottle.
