Sunny Health & Fitness Smart Recumbent Cross Trainer for Full-Body Exercise

Great machine. Took about 3hrs for me to put together on my own (62yr old female). All components including the spanner’s etc were complete and well set out on a card and diagrams in instructions.When all set up it did have a squeak, but after reading other reviews I tightened all screws and bolts and no noise at all. Very smooth movement with very little noise.All in all I am very happy with this machine, it does me brilliantly and I am using the Sunny app for workouts which I am starting as a beginner and working through them all, the app takes into account your height and weight and calculates exact calories used etc at the end of the workout.I would recommend this machine, it is very comfortable to use as it is a recumbent and safer for backs or for people with health problems trying to do a bit of aerobic movement.

Decent bit of kit, bought for pensioner female to get excercise. Instructions could have been better as they aren't overly clear, but having built a few things like this before no big issue. Works well now assembled and seems sturdy. I would image this would need very little maintenance other than new grease every so often. Did take a long time to get delivered.

I find it tough to put together. Sunny Fit were quick to answer my questions. Once up and running it is ok. A few minor noises but nothing too bad.

Has been great in helping me get active. As a wheelchair user, it isn't easy finding an exercise that works for me, and getting to a gym that is accessible is almost impossible. So this has been a great addition to my house. Assembled pretty easily, and doesn't take up a massive amount of space. Very quiet when running as well, which is great, as it means I can use it when it's convenient for me.

Easy to use and helps get my daily exercise rather than having to go to the gym . Also as I’m 6ft 4ins tall and let’s say a larger frame , it’s a very strong and well made piece of equipment that suits me .

Delivered on time and packaged very well. Very heavy 50kg ish. Clear step by step instructuons with all tools required to assemble included. Took 20 minutes to assemble. Easy to set up and use. Wheels on the front make it easy to move around. Comfortable seating position with a good selection of resistance. Nice and quiet whilst in use to. The phone holder on the computer is great too... but after using this it becomes very noisy, the one foot rest breaks and can no longer use it

Unit is very heavy, but this to be expected due to weight capacity.Assembly was long winded but easy (took about 1 hour) end result was worthwhile.Great quality and the whole family can use it.Good for seniors and youngsters alike. I Will review after a few weeks of use.

This Sunny Recumbent bike is a GREAT machine! It is built solidly with a wide, stable base. The arm exercisers are effective and can be used (or not) at your discretion. Our Sunny is on carpet so there's no creeping across the floor during use. It has a simple seat adjustment to accommodate the tall, long legged, as well as the vertically challenged folks with shorter legs. You can easily get the workout you want with its adjustable resistance. The machine is as silent as a cloud so you won't disturb others or irritate yourself with undesirable noise. Tracking your workout is easy with the onboard digital readout and pulse sensors. Or you can clamp on your electronic devices and entertain yourself as you pedal and pull.The seat is large and accommodating albeit somewhat slippery and hard on those long rides. I prefer to have a little more 'cush for the tush,' but that's just my opinion. A bare foam pad made an easy fix for both issues. The connections to the digital readout could/should have been made a little better with something that locks tightly in place. We had to jiggle them until they worked and then apply electrical tape to keep them solidly connected.Having never used any such equipment, I had only a guess as to how well I'd like it or how much I'd use it. I just needed to find something to keep myself in better shape through the winter months. This has filled that need wonderfully. I am happy with this machine and look forward to many years use. My impression, after lots of miles logged, is that it would easily hold up to use on a commercial basis. It's that solidly, stably,and sturdily built. This Sunny is definitely an excellent buy.
