I don't often take the time to write a review but I will make an exception on this one. This thing is awesome. It works just as described and then some. I have used it many times over a period of about a year. I am never disappointed with the results. The smoke lingers long enough to get some really good photos. They give you enough solvent to last a very long time. One small issue is the smoke leaves a little residue but the results far outweigh that issue.

The media could not be loaded. I never knew I needed a handheld fog machine in my life — until I had one. Now, I can confidently say: every moment is better with fog.First of all, this little gadget is like carrying around a miniature weather system. It’s compact, easy to hold, and produces more fog than a morning on the Scottish Highlands. Whether I want to create dramatic entrances, spooky vibes, or just confuse my dog, this fog machine delivers in spades.A few ways I’ve put this magical device to use:Answering phone calls: Imagine answering your phone while stepping through a cloud of mysterious fog. Now, every spam call feels like an episode of CSI: My Living Room.Cooking reveals: Pulling a microwave burrito out of the fog felt like I had just won MasterChef. The burrito wasn’t great, but the presentation? Flawless.Romantic dates: Turn the simplest pizza delivery into a dramatic, candlelit affair. Add some fog, and suddenly it’s like we’re dining in a haunted Italian villa.Of course, there are a few side effects:My neighbors are concerned I’ve joined a rock band or started hosting midnight séances.My cat has declared war on the fog machine — she thinks it’s some kind of ghost-spitting demon.But I wouldn’t trade this marvel for anything. Portable fog on demand? Yes, please. Every chore, party, or mundane Tuesday is now a theatrical masterpiece.In short: if life gives you lemons, use a fog machine to make it mysterious lemonade.

Works quite well for small photography work. Has a decent output. Controlling it on a small scale can be challenging.- for use in miniature photography or anything where you need some control you need almost no air movement. No fans. No breeze.- the smoke/fog can be an irritant in confined spaces if you have any reactive airway issues such as Asthma. Be aware.- the fog juice will get a thin layer on your hands and everything else. It gets everywhere if you let it. Do empty the fog machine fully before storage. The juice cleans up with soap and water easily. Do not immerse the unit. But do wipe it down to keep clean.- I expected the fog to layer a sticky film on everything. It did not. The juice in liquid form is a pain. Once aerisolized it's not bad.- it seems to work well with any fog juice. So the jug you get on sale at Home Depot after Halloween is fine. Just use a syringe or eyedropper to load it.

Update: Stopped working after less than two weeks of intermittent use. Will not produce smoke at all anymore. Contacting support is useless. Reading the self help is useless. Wasted over a hundred bucks on something that only worked a handful of times. Not happy. Not happy that I can't review the seller directly either.First thing I noticed is that it looks like it's been used. It was re-packaged, but the inside of the case and chamber had residual drops from liquid and it was sticky after removing the plastic wrap. Pictures included with review, one prior to removing the plastic wrap showing the outer chamber and one after, showing the inner chamber.It's now been plugged in since this afternoon, but it's still blinking on the one red dot, it doesn't appear to be charging at all. I used it very briefly, and it died. Not happy. After realizing the issues I took a more careful look at the reviews and found that many others have had issues with the units dying. I'll be returning this and looking for a better quality replacement. The cost was right, but it seems the product is less than reliable and I'm pretty unhappy that there is evidence of prior use on a new purchase.

This product is incredible easy to use, well packaged and quite useful. However, this thing spits juice like crazy. Highly recommend using it with one of the attachments to catch the spitting juice. If you don't use an attachment, you'll get oil and juice all over your model, furniture and floor.

The LENSGO Smoke S has given me no trouble whatsoever. I was initially confused by the reservoir arriving wet, but it's actually clearly stated that's from testing the units. For my use dressing up simple videos shot at home, this unit has been great. I haven't had any trouble with the battery, though recharging could be easier if the port weren't at the base. I haven't experienced leaks, the solution goes a long ways, and I haven't set off a fire alarm. It really comes with everything you could ask for even a quality case.

I’ve always been hesitant to use smoke while doing high volume photography, but this got me through an entire football team AND soccer team without using even half a vile of solution or half a battery. I love this thing. The photos were all done in camera. Colored gel for green smoke, but it’s fantastic. No waiting for it to warm up, fits in my camera bag, battery lasts a long time, and the solution it came with is more than enough to last you quite a while. I would purchase it again if something were to happen to it.

I had a more expensive fog machine, and though I liked it, it wasn't anything better than this. In fact, it leaked a lot more and was more of a pain in the butt to use compared to this. This one is no nonsense, has plenty of fluid in the tank along with a decent amount of output, and it's big so you won't lose it. I'm pretty happy with it and would definitely order it again, so long as it lasts a good while and doesn't quickly break down on me!
