Tulip Etimo Rose Crochet Hook - Size 7/4mm

Tulip are the best crochet hooks. They are so cute and feminine! I bought a size 7 (4mm) and it is suitable for #3 or #4 yarn. The handle is nice and sturdy, fits well in my hand and it doesn’t slip around when working with it. The metal is great quality, no snags or blemishes. The actual hook part at the end is made well, perfect size for grabbing the yarn and the yarn stays put, it doesn’t slide out while completing the stitch. The crochet hook itself is comfortable to use especially for extended periods. Great price for such a quality hook. Highly recommend!

I adore these hooks, they are my absolute favorites! They glide through my yarn like butter, a delight to use. Outstanding quality! They are a tapered hook, so if you prefer an inline these will disappoint. The pointy-ness is about the same between these, clover amour & knitpicks. The throat is very short & thus pretty steep. I would say the only one I own that's kinda similar is the woobles one but is more subtle. For comparison I would say knitpicks & amour are very similar to each other & about twice the length. The lip is rounded well & almost has a smile line along the lip/head as it goes into the throat. It really helps to do some of the work of grabbing the yarn for you. It's not angled out as far as a knitpicks or as wide open as a wobbles. The closest to the others I own is the amour, but doesn't have that smile that sort of works as a guide. As for the throat some brands have a spot that's a little bit wide/flat? It's not too noticeable usually just below the head? Knitpicks has it almost imperceptibly, woobles has it. These have it noticeably wider, it's still very subtle, but it is where I rest my finger & it helps hold the yarn back on the shaft while working stitches. It makes grip just a little more comfortable for me. As for the handle, the metal goes all the way through the grip which any quality hook will have & this does. The comfort grips are very much a matter of what feels good to your hand. They are more expensive than some others so if you can't afford a lot of them then I would suggest buying your most commonly used size. These are the type of thing you can buy & it'll last you forever.

Ergonomically sooo comfortable and a very smooth hook. Easy to work with for longer periods of time. Have a complete set now. Love them!

After using some other quality crochet hooks out there, I saw this tulip etimo and thought Id give it a go. Honestly this has been my absolute favorite hook so far. The metal is smooth and the head shape lends itself to sliding easily in and out of each stitch. The handle feels soft and comfortable. What sets it apart from others for me, is that the handle is a bit more flat. The shape of this handle is really comfortable for me to hold in my particular grip over some other ergonomic options. I would replace my entire set with these if I could. The absolute only downside I see to these hooks is that the sizing is printed onto the handle rather than engraved, I worry it could wear off over time but I cant speak to that yet. Overall Im in love with it and would recommend tulip etimo for those looking for a crochet hook that is both comfortable and smooth. Its also very cute!

I love this crochet hook. Very comfortable,smooth and my hand does not tire while crocheting. I only wish that they made sizes 8mm and up with the metal hook.

I ordered this based on a friend’s recommendation. She lent me hers when I forgot mine. I couldn’t believe the comfortable hand feel and smooth glide. I had to get one too. It is truly my favorite!

Excellent crochet, d’une très grande qualité. Le prix est élevé, mais il est totalement justifié. La laine glisse parfaitement, sans accrocher. La prise en main est impeccable et l’ergonomie est vraiment excellente, même sur de longues sessions de crochet. On sent immédiatement la différence par rapport à des crochets plus classiques. Un investissement, mais qui vaut clairement l’argent dépensé.
