I like the warm feeling in my knees and it takes the pain away.

The product does give me relief. But when the weather turns to the dark side not so much. I do use the knee patch when I exercise but it loses it’s adhesive.

Disappointing. I’ve used knee pads before, and these seemed promising as per had ingredients not offered in others. Unfortunately, adhesovery hard to remove…when finally able to after 5 that did not work, adhesive rolled up and stuck to other parts thus unable to separate and use. Very thin compared to other knee products. It is stated it’s new thus hoping they are able to resolve this issue.

Main contents are camphor and menthol which gives a warming effect when placed at knee caps. Problem is that it is very sticky and thin so removal of the plastic covering as directed by the instructions, you will have a sticky mess adhering to itself before you can place it. you have to grab the plastic at both middle ends then place it where you want it by pulling apart the plastic ends while placing it on the knee. Takes practice.

The patch really does help a lot to give me relief of pain in my knee!!
