| Warranty Description | 12 months from the time of delivery against manufacturing defects only. Warranty will be void if the product is subject to misuse, tampering, static discharge, accident, water or fire damage, use of chemicals & soldered or altered in any way. There would be no return, no replacement and no refund after 7 days of delivery. To claim warranty, the customer needs to send back the product to the seller address which is mentioned in invoice and inform either on customer support number 8619622712 or/and at email [email protected] with product amazon order ID details. The shipping charges equal to current standard speed post charges will be reimbursed to the customer upon receiving the product back to the seller and if the product qualifies a valid warranty. On valid warranty products we will repair the product and send it back to the customer on seller's cost within 3 working days on receiving the product. Cute and excellent product.
This is a cute snd excellent product. Works fine without any hitch and without any humming noise even at the slowest speed. The price is also reasonable. However, instead of 9 speed control steps, 4 or 5 should have been enough. At lower speeds upto 4, there is no perceptible change in the spped. Otherwise I would have given 5 stars.

I will not suggest this model to buy.
This remote sensor light is not glowing while operating it, no sound while operating and also 2 or 3 time I have to press the remote button to increase or decrease the fan speed. Earlier I have purchased another model that is working nice. Please improve the quality of this unit.
