I am very happy with the performance of the Agaro Electric Mop. It has made floor cleaning much easier and faster compared to traditional mopping. What impressed me the most is the after-sales service of Agaro. During the warranty period I faced a small issue with the product. I contacted their customer support and they responded quickly and handled the matter very professionally. Without any unnecessary delay, they arranged a replacement and provided a new product. Nowadays it is not easy to find companies that take responsibility for their products, but Agaro’s service team was very supportive, polite, and prompt. The whole process was smooth and completed in time. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with both the product quality and customer service. I strongly recommend this electric mop to anyone looking for a reliable cleaning solution with trustworthy after-sales support

The product video, appearance looks pretty good but this is the most worst product. It is not worth of spending even Rs.500/- There is no power in the mopping . This is the lightest mopping that one can do. Stains will not go. Also if there is any micro dust on the floor it will spread it best to all other places. It is unfortunate they are introducing such a worst product without telling the facts. I strongly not recommend anyone to buy this product unless you want to gift it any of the people that you do not like :) I wish there should have been at least a week trail base available or return policy available as it is waste of money buying such products. Not worth of your money. # Extremely poor quality. Very light cleaning and I decided not to buy any more Agaro products with this experience. Switching to Eureka forbes.

I purchased the Regency Electric Spin Mop from Amazon and overall I am very happy with the product. It is very easy to use and cleans the floor really well, making daily cleaning much quicker and effortless. The usability and performance of the mop are excellent. Even after long use, it still works very well and does the job effectively. However, I feel the quality of some parts could be improved. After about 1.5 years of use, a small gear part broke. I contacted customer care and I must say their response and service were very good. They promptly sent the replacement part, and the mop is now working properly again. Earlier, the plastic handle had also broken once, but I managed to fix it myself. Overall, the product works really well and is very convenient to use. The customer service is also very good. The only suggestion would be to improve the durability and quality of some plastic parts.

Very good product.Light in weight.Easy to rotate. Demonstration was very informative.

Ease of cleaning. No need of any bucket or mop, and no work for your hands. The mopping is done so smoothly and effortlessly and the floor looks so shiny n neat. Any stains can be removed by spraying water through a button provided in the handle. I'm happy and fully satisfied. My mop suddenly stopped functioning and was worried. Registered a complaint to Amazon, as I bought it from there. But no response. I called the Argro Customer care. A lady spoke so politely and lodged a complaint. I received msgs in my WhatsApp and a technician helped me, guided me step by step n finally I received my new product. Felt so happy n my sincere thanks to the whole team of Argro for their dedication and reachout to all Customers. My advice to all is that Argro group is genuine and can trust them n go for any products u wish to buy without a second thought.I shall buy more products only from Argro especially Airfrier.

later on had a issue with charging

Our Agaro product of mop electrically charged suddenly stop working and not able to charging again we raised complaint as we are in guarantee period they took time ie.10 or 15 days checked in video call then they sent technician and changed battery and board free of cost before that they sent the board by online to our address. Now it is running smoothly. Thanks. Reason for stopping we should not keep the machine in charge continuously after charged we should remove the machine. Then machine should be charged after blinking the light. When there is little charge we should not charge again charge should completely gone then only you should charge again. I think this information is useful for other consumers thanks.

Very bad performance. Please don't purchase it, totaly wastage of money. Not a good product. Not working for a month also. They just making fool to us. Friends 1 rating I have given just because without giving the rating they not uploading the review.
