Bought previous pair of Bluetooth earphones due to the tens of thousands of customers bought them on Amazon. After 2 weeks the sound was lost in the left ear. Returned and was on the hunt for another pair. Came across these! Fraction round shaped, however as I have small ears and compared to standard earphones not much difference and still holds in the ear which is great! The case is a round shape so doesn't stand on a desk, however quality and finishing of plastic is excellent. Quick charge around 1 hour for 100%. Not button but finger touch, american lady voice "power on, pairing.."What impressed me was the sound base! I'm very fussy on sound and these were amazing on how excellent the base sounded. Tested on a few songs and radio and didn't even need to increase volume, sound is excellent. So glad I got these ones instead.

However, I must admit that, due to my abnormally large ears, I encountered a slight issue. Despite their fantastic design, the earbuds struggled to stay securely in my ears during more active moments.Now, don't get me wrong; for most users, this won't be a problem at all. The snug fit is excellent for many, but for those with larger ears like mine, it might be a consideration. That being said, the 2023 customer service team has been incredibly responsive, and they're facilitating a hassle-free return process. It's a bit disappointing that they didn't work out for me, but I'm grateful for the excellent customer service and the overall positive experience. If you don't share my ear size issue, these earbuds are an absolute winner! Thank you, 2023, for your understanding and prompt assistance.

I read a lot of reviews (particularly negative reviews) of many in-ear headphones before opting for these. I've had previous experience of in-ears with silicone earpieces, which I couldn't get to stay far enough into my ears to get the claimed sound quality.These are a brilliant design and deliver a much better sound experience; good balance of bass, middle and top, and stereo separation. Very comfortable to boot and with an equally brilliant charging case. The only reason I've not given 5 stars is I've only had them a week, so can't speak to ongoing reliability.

Honestly these are the best headphones I've ever used. I love listening to audiobooks and these are ideal for that. I can walk my dog, sit at work, etc. and just happily listen to my favourite books without worrying that the battery will conk out or that they'd disconnect.I've been hunting for some decent wireless headphones for ages, these are definitely the best that I've found. Quick connection that doesn't drop off, long battery life, great sound quality, comfortable to wear, there is absolutely nothing to complain about with these!

Replaced these with a slightly better cheap pair as this cuts out a bit when my phone is in my pockets, but these are decent enough - not terrible sound quality but nothing special.

I bought these Earbuds as a spare pair. However, these are a quality item for a brilliant price. They are as good as a pair I paid 6 times the price for. I have used them for walking my dog 3 times a day for the last 5 days. They still don't need charging. And there's an indicator to tell you what amount of charge is left. I'm very happy with this item.

Love these headphones. Great sound quality, can use whilst doing cardio at the gym and they've never fallen out, am able to listen to audiobooks and podcasts much more easily. Always thought that the leading brand wireless headphones were a gimmick but since owning these i will never go back.Simple hands free, ear press functions for changing volume/ pausing/ skipping song and no losing charge when they're not connected. Battery lasts really well too. Sound quality is clear and not tinny unlike other similarly priced wireless headphones. Very pleased with purchase.
