Perfect for Pots
I really like this product. I have Pots and this is great for upping my salt level. It has 1000mg per pill, so one of these is equal to one lmnt or two liquid iv.I just take one with a large glass of water each time. So far, it's working out great. It's so much easier than taking four pills of klaralyte.

Love them
Love it. They are a bit bigger but you can dissolve it in warm water. Holds up really well in a small container. Good for people with pots who need extra salt all the time! Quick and can be kept in containers

I don’t like the taste of salt tablets.
I have not taken salt tablets before so I am not sure if all salt tablets taste like this brand.I don’t like the taste so I am not taking daily… I am taking only when my blood pressure is low.It does help to elevate blood pressure.

Salt; no more, no less
Salt, for cheap. You get what it says on the bottle, no more and no less. That does mean that the pills *taste* like salt, though I've had worse. They don't break apart on their own, though good luck splitting them evenly in half if you need to.
