I wish I bout it sooner💕
I got the Our Place pan after a friend recommended it to me, and now I’m already planning to buy more. I looove the design, the quality, and how versatile it is. It looks beautiful in my kitchen, but more importantly, it actually performs. I’m trying to eat healthier as much as I can, and this pan makes it so much easier. I can use it for almost everything from searing a steak to steaming vegetables and dumplings. It heats evenly, cooks food well, and I don’t feel like I need ten different pans in my kitchen. Also, one of my favorite things about it is that it’s not heavy. It feels sturdy and high-quality but it’s still easy to handle and move around while cooking. Cleaning it is simple too. I was slightly hesitant at first to invest in this pan because of a disappointing experience with another well-known brand that was extremely sticky and ruined every meal. But the quality difference here is obvious. This truly feels like one of those rare purchases that’s both practical and aesthetic, and I would absolutely recommend it to my friends.

Awesome pan, great alternative to non-stick
I was initially interested because of the ceramic coating instead of other non-stick options. I have been incredibly impressed with the performance. It cooks food very evenly, has been so easy to clean and I have enjoyed the design. I thought the spatula slot was a bit of a gimmick but I've quickly fallen in love with the feature as a space saver on the cooking range. If this was offered in a larger size I would buy in a heart beat.

An innovative elite-tier pan: multifunctional, beautiful and high performance
This pan has seriously changed the game for me. To pre-face, I’ve never bought a high-end pan before. The Always was a long awaited splurge for me and it was 100% worth it. Right from getting it out of the box I was impressed. The blue salt shade is stunning and looks super sleek. Love the additional accessories too, everything felt very bespoke and beautiful. Presentation was truly a 10 out of 10. That being said, I was a little anxious about performance (in my experience, it’s just about impossible to find cookware that looks good and is also functional lol). But the best part? This pan does everything, and it works like a dream from the built-in colander to the premium field to the nonstick. I made some scrambled eggs and sautéed veggies for my first run, and then nonstick is no joke. The eggs slid right off, no sticking at all. Cleanup was a breeze, too, which is a huge win in my book. Another thing – It’s oven safe up to 450°F. Crispy chicken thighs from the stove to the oven all in one pan? Yeah, I’ll take it. One of the main pushing factors for me was the fact that this pan is supposed to “replace to 10 pieces of cookware“. It’s supposed to braise, sear, steam, strain, sauté, fry, boil, bake, and sit pretty. And it does! The only test I’ve yet to give it is the test of time, but for now, I am through all that this new addition to my kitchen and genuinely surprised at all the pans (and trays and pots even) That it’s replaced. I wasn’t expecting such a high-level of value, but the Always Pan has seriously been a game changer. For anyone reading this, just go for it! It’s easily my favorite thing in my kitchen, my kitchen now.

Even heat and cleans up easily, light weight but with a heavy bottom
First, I am not a paid or compensated reviewer! I am a wife and mother with many years of cooking experience. I cook dinner about 5 nights a week and hot breakfast about the same number of days. I have had the pan two months and used it once or twice a day since I got it. It looks as good as the day I got it. I am thrilled that I ordered this pan for myself. Pros: Lightweight, I am over 60 with some arthritis and this pan is easy for me to handle and clean Even though it's lightweight, the thicker bottom heats evenly and it browns meats evenly It is nonstick, and I mean it. I fry eggs in a small about of butter and they slide right out Nice a deep for a pan, and the rounded bottom corners make it easy to scoop out food I like the lid that you can vent or not depending on how you put it on It's so pretty (the blue one) I leave it out on the stove all the time It cleans easily with no staining Cons: When stewing or simmering over long periods of time the top handle on the lid gets too warm to handle comfortably. I just keep a dishtowel handy to use, but it would be great if the lid handle stayed cooler. The same goes for the pan handle. It gets warm, but not too warm to touch, but still a bit too warm for my liking. That is my take so far. I have used my pan to fry chicken, make eggs and omelets, fry bacon, make stew, make spaghetti sauce, fry hamburgers, make pork chops, heat leftovers, fry cabbage, and more. It cleans easily and looks like new. I hand wash it, no dishwasher. I don't overheat any of my pans, but I do get them as hot as I need to. If I change my mind on the pan I will come back and update the post, but so far, this pan is totally worth the cost and has become my go to pan for everything.

Non-Stick properties did NOT last after 2 months of use
I bought this pan because it was the one item my ex live-in GF took and I really enjoyed cooking with it. She owned the item when she moved in and I believe it was several years old and worked beautifully. I loved the pan so much I decided to get my own. Note: I live alone, so to say my new pan was "light-duty" is an understatement. At first the product worked exactly as I remember from the ex's, and was so easy to cook and clean - NOTHING STUCK! Then my daughter came to visit with her fiance last week, and I was making a big breakfast. OMG, I tried to make a large batch of scrambled eggs for the table (8 eggs), and Oh Boy what a freaking MESS! Egg stuck all over the pan, and couldn't scrape it off with plastic utensils. We ended up going out for breakfast! I let the pan soak in the sink before I tried to wash it. Still stuck on mess after letting the egg mess sit for 8 - 10 hours. I tried to use the pan this morning to make two eggs and you guessed it, same mess. Please also note that I never used any abrasive product on the pan, as residue would slide off and it was unnecessary. I can only surmise that the ceramic coating is microscopically thin, and when that "wore off" in about 60 days the pan is DOA. $150 pan is ruined in 2 months. I agree with other negative comments here that the product manufacturing must have changed, as my ex's pan was old and still worked (including its non-stick properties of course) flawlessly. What is really frustrating and what caused me to write this negative review is that there is NO WAY TO CONTACT THE MERCHANT ON THE AMAZON PAGE!!!! I was going to reach out to inquire and see if they would send me a new pan, giving the benefit of doubt that maybe this was a defective one-off. But now that I see that the merchant hides behind Amazon, they obviously do not want to deal with issues - as they say in Latin - CAVEAT EMPTOR - let the buyer beware. I even went to the "store" that Amazon directs you to, and guess what, there is no "contact us" page, or email, or address or anything. This shows how much they care about their customers - ZERO!

Worth the extra money
The Always Pan is the best pan that I've ever used. I bought my bigger two skillets 2 years ago, use them every day & they're still like they were brand new. My daughter is a young, married mom & I bought her the large Always Pan for Christmas. She loved it so much that she said she wanted the small pan for making omlets so I bought this Pan for her wedding anniversary. They are a bit costly, but to me it's an investment as you get what you pay for.

Easy, breezy, beautiful (and non-toxic)!
This is my second Always Pan (my first of the 2.0 series) and let me tell you - I am an Always Fan! The pan delivers on its promises & then some: - beautiful non-stick - and non-toxic, which was super important to me. Probably the biggest aspect of this purchase for me (the prettiness of the pan is a bonus). I researched a bunch of non PFOA options and have tried a few. This is by far the best I have found. - cleans very easily & easy to take care of - just follow the care instructions that come with the pan. - the steamer basket is a nice option, I use primarily for steamed veggies & noodles. It can be stored in the pan when it’s time to put it away which makes it very space-efficient. - I love the built in spoon rest, makes everything tidier and easier - a great option for small spaces (hello NYC apartment) because it houses it’s steamer & spoon. And it’s so cute that I often keep it out on the stove on display! - the color options are such a neat aspect. I tend to prefer the darker colors because I am a messy cook. The blue salt is really rich and I’m very pleased with how it looks IRL. I love to match it to my dish towels and oven mitts. - bonus: I also love the Our Place company in general, they’re all about community, culture and coming together around the dinner table. I have an Always Pan from 2 or 3 years ago so I can also speak to how it holds up. I still use my always pan 1.0 all the time. The main reason I got a second pan was because I wanted to get rid of an old sauté pan and still have 2 pans in my rotation (again, small NYC apartment, I have to be judicious with what gets space in my kitchen). I think the other big difference between the original and this version is that this pan can go in the oven which is awesome!!! Of course the pan gets dirty with a lot of use, especially if you crank the heat up past their suggested low-medium threshold (you shouldn’t do this, the pan heats beautifully and quickly on low-medium). When my older pan needs a pep-up, I put a bit of baking soda in and add water and heat it slightly then scrub with a SOFT natural sponge. I’ve used my original pan probably nearly every day for a few years and it is definitely well-loved, but still nice enough to keep out on the stovetop if I feel like seeing a pop of green in my kitchen. Overall, I really like this pan and it hasn’t let me down yet! Highly suggest if you’re looking for a chic, non-toxic, well-designed & well-functioning pan.

Looks good. Works well.
I like this pan. Lightweight and works well on gas cooktop. Color is great and coating has been durable over the past 6+ months. Handle can get hot if you leave over flaw but otherwise no issues. Like any non-PTFE, non-stick pan you need to keep it clean and use enough oil/grease. If you don’t you will get stickiness on delicate foods (like eggs). Biggest gripe is the lid. The handle looks great gets hot with prolonged time on the burner. Since it’s made of thing aluminum it rings like a bell when you bump it, pick it up, and put it down. An annoyance for me - being a user of cast iron and stainless cookware - but I assume other people may not care.

Quality costs but it's cheaper in the long run.
You know how they say, if you buy an expensive item in the first place, it works out cheaper since you don't keep replacing an inferior one over and over? I wish I'd just bought one of these. Sure, it's quite a bit more expensive than the cheap Teflon stuff I used to buy, but it's really really nice. Good weight and so easy to clean.

Tried it after all the great reviews, and it truly lives up to them!
I bought the Our Place 2.0 pan after reading so many positive reviews online, and I’m honestly surprised at how good it turned out to be. I’ve been using it for a few weeks now, and it has quickly become my most-used pan in the kitchen. The non-stick ceramic coating works really well, even for everyday Indian cooking like sautéing onions, making omelets, shallow-frying paneer, or preparing quick tadkas. It heats up evenly across the surface, so food cooks consistently without burning in one spot. I also like that I don’t need to use too much oil, which makes meals lighter and healthier. The pan feels solid and well-made, with good heat retention and a comfortable grip. Cleaning is incredibly easy too, usually just a quick wipe or rinse and it’s ready to use again. The size and depth make it very versatile for everything from stir-fries to curries and one-pan meals. Overall, this pan has exceeded my expectations. Stylish, practical, and perfect for daily Indian cooking, it has truly become my go-to pan. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable, good-quality upgrade for their kitchen!

You get what you pay for.
After watching comparison reviews on other non stick skillets and the Our Place skillet, after cooking with Our Place 10 inch pan I quickly realized that there is No comparison. The non stick finish is amazing. The design is as functional as it beautiful. To test temperature and time I boiled water in the skillet on a regular stove top and then on an induction top. The OP skillet boiled water to a rolling boil in 4 minutes on medium heat on the induction method. First thing I cooked was a chicken vegetable stew. The depth and size of the pan was large enough for 3 to 4 servings. The aluminum and toxin free non stick and the shape of the pan cooked the meal at 250 F faster and more evenly than anything I have ever used. Clean up was a snap. The excellence of the Our Place skilled is not exaggerated. It has exceeded my expectations. The Bonus: Made in the USA. How rare is that ?
