I couldn't get the machine to work correctly. The enclosed card listed a website for 24/7 customer service. When I tried to reach it, I was just returned to Amazon. There was probably an easy fix, but without support, I couldn't figure it out. I ended up returning it and will now stick with a manufacturer that I am familiar with.

My coffee maker that begins with a “K” stopped working after 14 months and this was the second time I’d purchased a new $200 machine …I just had it! Was intrigued with this system because I could use both the k-cups and try out the Nespresso pods.I purchased this system and was blown away at how hot my k-cups brewed and the coffee actually tasted better using this machine. Now that I have also tried the Nespresso…game changer! I frothed coconut creamer on the vanilla Nespresso…heaven! I I have not used the Boost option to mix my coffee with the Nespresso yet! Im sure I will enjoy that feature as well!The setup was easy and I am enjoying the system.Highly recommend!

I really liked the features and ease of use, but a really noticeable plastic/chemical smell in the machine also got into the finished coffee. Every cup of coffee had that same chemical taste in it no matter what brewing method I used. Otherwise, I hated having to return it.

Makes good tasting espresso and coffee. Simple to use.

The media could not be loaded.  This Review is getting two stars instead of one⭐️ simply because it’s amazing in the fact that it can make a k-cup and an original line nespresso pod all in one at the same time…. HOWEVER……...1) it came 24 later than promised due to shipping.-1 star. 2) It came out of the box brand new CHIPPED/ BROKEN. (Granted it’s a small chip that does not affect the flow of coffee but it’s in the carafe and I don’t need it getting bigger and I paid $180 for this machine. I want it all intact and not broken. This is why I can’t have nice things, I was told it’s petty to return it but it’s effing broken and money doesn’t grow on trees. I am not rich by any means and I’m not paying 180$ for something to come brand new out of the box broken so I’m exchanging it. 3) it’s LOUD AS HELL!! I need something quiet because I make my coffee at 5 am while the baby is still sleeping and I tip toe around making my coffee, this machine is so loud it could wake up my ancestors… from opening and closing the latch to the process of brewing to the ending when it’s making another new jolting sound trying to finish to opening the latch when it’s all done. I’m surprised I didn’t wake up the dead this morning while brewing my cup of coffee. 4) it was so hard to figure out the nespresso pod to fit correctly and be accepted, it damaged and crushed the first pod which is over 1.00 a piece!! Overall I would give this machine 2 stars, 3 if you don’t mind the loud noise. Do not get this machine if you are trying not to make any noise in the morning. I am however exchanging this machine to try a second one in hopes it’s not as bad, reluctantly I think it will be just as loud but hey fingers crossed maybe it’s just this one that is a ridiculously loud misfit. Ughhh I just want nice things! Things why I can’t have nice things, I hope this company refunds my money. They only reason I want this machine is for the DUP BOOST MODE K CUP/ NESPRESSO 2 in 1 at the same time brewing capabilities. If another machine had this technology I would go with something else. But atlas I’m stuck to two machines or this one that is a wreck so far !!*^UPDATE: this is my second “new” machine from Amazon as an even exchange…..and I just opened it to find a random screw rolling around in the drop tray where the nespresso pods go. Now I am not sure if this affects anything or if I can proceed to use it but it’s also covered in water spots. For a “brand new machine” I’m curious how it is covered in water spots. This is the second machine after the first one came with a broken carafe and was EXTREMELY loud.I am not really sure what to do of if this is some kind of refurbished new machine ? I’m about to return it all together and never go back. This is getting ridiculous***NEWEST UPDATE- Sent Second coffee machine back to Amazon. I received it refurbished and used, covered in water spots, Super broken - It was making my espresso but all the liquid was going into the trash drop pod container instead of the cup 😳 😳I decided to Email customer service and they were amazing, quick to respond and they’re sending me a brand new machine for free from them exclusively for free. After all of the headaches and trials and tribulations they have kept me as a client so far.-currently waiting on my new a machine that is supposed to arrive next week. So I will up my one star review to a 3 star simply for the customer service the actual company provides.

We purchased this coffee and espresso maker to simply save money and make our own Starbucks-like coffees from home- overall it’s a really great machine. Pretty user friendly and easy to get used to, after using a single serve Keurig for the last 6-7 years.We did have an issue with the water reservoir leaking on to our counter a couple days after receiving and using it, additionally the water intake stopped properly working out of nowhere (after using it for a few days at the time). I emailed the customer service email from the user guide book and they got back to me later that day!Customer service from this company is excellent- from initial email to the end, they did great! It only took an exchange of about 2 emails and they shipped us a brand new machine and ever since we received our new one (without having to deal with the hassle of returning the original either), we haven’t had a single issue. It also came in the Amazon 2 day prime shipping.I’d highly recommend this product to anyone looking to get away from $7 coffees/ espressos these days. FYI- We use generic K cups from Costco and generic espresso capsules from Amazon and they work no problem!

At first used work well the next day is not working anymore!! inconvenient for me to return item especially quite heavy!

Ordered it on Vine as a house warming gift for my coffee loving brother! The actual house warming is 6 months away, but he came over to my house for coffee and we tested it out. The coffee turned out excellent, he said it was equal to his favorite coffee franchise and of course less expensive than the drive-thru even at a fast food place. He can't wait to move out of mom and dad's place now, just to get this coffee maker, but since he just leased a new car, it's taking longer to save up a down payment on a home.
