I've used Alpha GPC for some time and noticed some subtle changes in my cognitive function. The capsules are easy to swallow and don't leave any aftertaste, which is a plus. I do feel a more focused during work, and in general I do feel a bit less fatigued from the heavy thinking that I have to do each day.At 24p/capsule these are a good price, and at 300mg per capsule this is a good dose that's in-line with what's used in clinical trials, so you can be sure there's a meaningful dosage in just one or two capsules.I do feel that a dosage of 500mg per capsule would be more appropriate, rather than, as the bottle suggested, taking two capsules which contains a total of 600mg.But for the money they are still a good option for the amount you get.In the future I'd like to see the brand offer larger bottles that will last longer, as this bottle only offers a 30 day supply if you take the recommended two capsules per day.

I read that this product contains twice the concentration of other brands. I have been using other brands that suggest 2 tablets per day. I therefore expected this to be 1 tablet a day so 60 days supply. Unfortunately this is the same strength as the others and it recommends 2 tablets a day as well.
