I have been looking for something like this for long time, this is perfect. Easy to clean and easy to use. I use it with the lid and no water inside the flanera.

The best and easy
Easy to set up and well done flan.

Lids are loose
Purchased to make flan in the instant pot. It fits right. The lids aren’t a tight seal so steam gets inside. Also have to be very careful not to spill contents while placing in the instant pot. I will be using these as food containers in the fridge, and I will be purchasing a different flanera from a different vendor.

I ordered these because there was three in the package. They appear nicely made the clamps close easily stainless steel. I wish they were slightly bigger, but that’s not a dealbreaker for me. I will come back after I make flan for a more detailed review.
